Poor Service

Good Day

I would like to report a driver time/ 16:18 Bus :6259 Driver:510110 Route: 1726 RouteDes: SaxonwoldP/Town Bus num 9230

I Got on the bus at Killarney and had a very easy ride home till I had to get off I gave a sit to a lady as I proceeded to the front of the bus I TOLD the driver im getting off at the Rea Vaya Bus stop he just looked at me with a daft look on his face with no answer at this time his listening to music with his headphones that ear phones must ha e been so loud he did not here me. He stopped at the robot I do not get out cause that is not my stop I say again at the Rea Vaya Bus stop he starts raising his voice at me saying why don't I get off they i say in a polite manner this is not where I'm getting off. He said why I'm i not saying where I'm getting of and for the third time I say it again at this time I'm ****ed cause he is not my father nor my teacher he is a paid driver that has a job to do at the end of the day we pay his salary. He shouts and carried on he get to the third robot he hits dead brakes that hurt my hand cause I had to hold onto something he really did not have to do that cause there was no cars in front of him. Thus is a typical behavior pattern of an egotistical ******** driver. You push up prices that we don't mind but looks like your drivers need to go for management of self training they all have issues no matter the driver we pay there salaries at the end of the day and it's normally the older drivers

Please address this driver for his behavior and I expect an answer as soon as possible or I will take this matter further
