Poor *********** bad service

Poor ****ty disrespectful service by putco Just went to soweto depo for my trips refund, got the worst service. The *********** Sibusiso Shabala with the wife or family Busisiwe Shabalala what ever ******** they doing working together they asked for an email, gave them that showed my company is moving from sunninghill to randburg. Instead of assisting they busy gossiping and laughing at my request and said they won't refund my fare. If thats how puctos representatives are at the frontline shame on them and I bet if I was white they would have showed respect. This is my first resort I will escalate this query for the disrespect and poor service until furthest. Never ever deal with Putco they are ****ty to be precise
