Pathetic service from Putco for Eldorado Park Residents

Putco daily transportation to work is a nightmare, I travel from Eldorado Park to Sandton Central with the bus that should arrive at my stop by 05:30 sharp. The bus on Monday and Friday morning usually gets there at 05:50 - 06-00 am, why do I leave home so early to wait so long? The bus from Sandton Central in the afternoon should or supposed to cater for people that work until 4pm arrival time should at least be around 16:05 -16:10pm arrives at 15:40pm if not earlier, how are people supposed to get home? Our alternative is to wait for the 17:00 bus that arrives on time between 17:00 and 17:10
