No service at All

For the past year the bus company has not accomodated its passengers and without any notification the busses do not operate .The Eldorado Park and Klipspruit community is being let down by the transport company.No bussess at 4:00 to Klipspruit ,main road ,only Kliptown.When the drivers drop you off in ext 9 ,the other busses coming from randburg or sandton do not stop for you when you waving for them do do so.Some drivers are so rude ,when you ask them something they look at you with no responds.We have been taking these busses for years but the last year the service has just deteriorated so bad,In summer the busses are hot with no aircon,winter its freezing,Can someone please tell me what is going on with shortage of busses daily in afternoon
