Insulted and promised to be vested by Putco driver

I paid R55 cash from Moteti to Deneboom but bus was going to Marabastad. As a norm the driver signed the ticket so that I can change at Moloto they do that a lot and we used to that

The driver to Deneboom refused and I had to pay another money others were left because had no extra cash. We asked and beg him because it was the previous driver who allowed it and signed then this new driver started insulting me using all vulgur words and promises to beat me

How canputco have such an employee? Why the majority of this drivers are giving treatment that we get at taxis?
