Hit and run....

It was on the 17 August 2023 when a Pucto Bus bumped my car. It was a hit and run situation the driver scratched my car and drove off(ran away) and never looked back... I quickly rushed to Putco Depot since I was not far from it so look for the culprit and I found two guys Dlamini and Ndlovu who were sypmathatic and helpful.. They asked me to come the following morning they would get to the buttom of this. Indeed I went back on the 18th morning, I got to Putco offices to meet Mr Dlamini and he shared the information that they got from their investigation. It was established that the person who bumped my car was a Driver Called Mr Selepe.. I was then requested to go to the police station to make an accident report which I did and submitted to the person responsible for the third-party accidents. I went to him and submitted everything that I was supposed to submit to start the process of claiming from the insurance. Mr Bricks told me he has submitted everything to the insurance company and I can call them the following day to start the process of claiming for the damages. I called the insurance and I was told there were missing documents that Putco had to submit including the footage of the accident. I've been going to Putco offices and the last time I went I was told that they couldn't retrieve the footage because it was deleted and I knew from then that they were protecting their drive and not caring about my needs. I'm tired of the ups and downs of going to Pucto because I can see they are not willing to do what is right... We are not safe as women drivers from Putco drivers, they bully us on the road and do as they please knowing that their unions will protect them from their discipline hearings like they are protecting Mr Selepe claiming that the footage was deleted... I'm very disappointed
