FED UP COMMUTER

I'm travelling with Putco from Eldorado Park to Braamfontein. Putco's service is poor and pathetic. We are struggling with busses not pitching to take us to and from work. At least once a week there is no busses. Every day a putco bus breaks down. We are late for work almost every day. When you call to complain, promises is made by a Mr. Khumalo, but nothing comes from it. Putco use to be a reputable and trusted transport provider, but since the new management took over, it is pathetic.
