excessive over loading of passangers and lack of buses

since monday i bought a putco bus ticket i have to make use of alternative transport because buses are full and over loaded with passengers that drivers cannot let us in.i'm a regular user of this buses and what i observed is passengers are packed like animals in these buses,dirtiness of in the busses and on rainy days water flows through the roof and we have to make use of umbrellas while we're in the bus yet we buy tickets to make use of this buses.for tha past two months i have been reporting late for work due to this and this has a bad reflection on me in terms of my work.i wish the department of transport can take swift actions against this company before a massacre happens in the moloto road.
