Ephraim - the terrible Putco driver

For weeks on end we have been complaining to Putco about a specific driver by the name of Ephraim. He drives bus number 9305, route Fairland to Tshepisong in the afternoon. Problem is he is rarely available, when he has decided to come to work he just passes us at the bus stop like yesterday. He is suppose to start at zenex garage Fairland but it seems like he has issues with us because he does not want us to take the bus. As it was raining yesterday we could not wait for a bus to get there, only for him to just pass us whiles we busy waving the tags. What we paying for at putco is just inconvenience and terrible service. As stated above, I have been sending emails, getting responses that someone is looking into the matter till today. Clearly no one cares at putco, no wonder Ephraim treats us like dirt because he know that no one will ever hold him accountable. Really this is terrible service. Thank you Putco for showing us that good customer service is not what you live by.
