Disgusting service - Wynberg to Eldorado Park

<p>After numerous complaints to Putco's Management about the disgusting service and still not getting anywhere with them I have no other alternative but to look for help elsewhere. </p> <p>My problem with Putco is now ongoing for years. and i am extremely displeased with the level of service offered by Putco and i feel as a loyal paying passenger i deserve the same level of service as all the other paying customers.</p> <p>I use Putco busses to commute to and from work daily and to be told by Putco that they can not get a bus in the afternoon that goes directly to where i live is totally unacceptable. How can they endanger the lifes of so many hard working women/breadwinners by letting us get off the bus at a certain point to get a connecting bus to our various destinations and most times it is already very dark? It is winter time now and we fear for our lives every day as we have have to get off in Devland and wait for a connecting bus to Eldorado Park ang most times getting to Devland and most of the busses in Devland do not stop to pick us up. We were left stranded on more than one occasion and we had to hitch hike to get home. Putco's management clearly does not care about their passengers safety.I have been begging and pleading with Putco for years now to get the Eldorado Park bus to come down Louis Botha Avenue - and that is too much to ask of them. </p> <p>I have all the correspondence to and from Putco's Management but no soloution!</p>
