Concern Regarding the Reliability of Bus 9016 (Dobsonville to Sunninghill)

Dear PUTCO Management,

I am writing this review as a loyal passenger who has been using PUTCO services for more than four years.

I would like to raise a concern regarding Bus 9016, which operates from Dobsonville to Sunninghill in the mornings. Unfortunately, this particular bus has consistently caused inconvenience for commuters due to its unreliable schedule.

The bus frequently arrives either too late or too early. When it is late, it is often delayed by 10 to 15 minutes. On the other hand, there are occasions when it departs 5 to 7 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, resulting in many passengers being left behind. This creates significant challenges for commuters who rely on this service to get to work on time.

Many passengers have received warnings from their employers due to repeated lateness caused by these schedule inconsistencies, and some may even risk losing their jobs. This is unfair, especially when commuters make every effort to arrive at their designated bus stops according to the published schedule.

We kindly request that Bus 9016 adhere to a consistent and reliable timetable so that passengers can plan their journeys with confidence. If there are operational issues or delays, clear communication would be greatly appreciated.

As commuters, we are not travelling for leisure; we depend on this service to get to work and provide for our families. When Bus 9016 arrives late or leaves early, the next available bus, 9056, arrives at its scheduled time, but by then many of us who are expected to be at work by 06:30 or 07:00 are already running late.

We value PUTCO's service and respectfully ask that this matter be investigated and addressed as soon as possible to ensure a more reliable service for all affected passengers.
