Centurion bus getting us to work late or stuck

We have a problem with a bus from Bundu to Centurion. Each and every week our bus get stuck on the way to work or it gets us to work late. I have written to Ms Norma Maswanganyi at Putco and she promised to take our matter to Management. Today the bus got stuck at Kwagga and we had to wait for other buses which don't stop to pick us up. Ms Cynthia Shabalala is responsible for giving us a bus but she does not respond to our request. I am not sure whether we should lose our jobs for Putco to realise our problems. They don't even bother to respond to my emails.<br> <br> If they truly care about us as passengers and people who pay their bills then they should take us serious and respond. <br> <br>
