Buses not coming in on time and bad attitude

I have been using the Put Co buses from 2000, unfortunately I don't have any positive things to say about the company. Their buses are not in good condition they stuck anywhere, any time. But this is not it that makes my blood boil in this regard, I buy a tag for the whole month only to realise that I will use extra money that I did not plan to use for transport. Put on buses they sometimes don't come at all leaving the few buses available to commute everyone and they don't provide solutions for the shot ages of buses. They won't refund you for trips not used. The bus drivers are not user friendly the can pass passengers without thinking that they need to go to work, sometimes it's not their doing. Can something be done in this regard
