Bus stop, Bus unavailability, skorokoro bus

Hi

I am a monthly Putco bus ticket holder. I take a morning bus at 03H00am.

1. I stay at Pholapark next to mbhuduma. There is no bus stop there and thus I have to walk 2 kilo meters to the nearest bus stop. It is not safe to walk such long distances post midnight. Putco must adjust the route and add a bus stop at mbhuduma since the road is tarred and has a clearly marked bus stop.

2. 1/3 of the time the bus is always late to arrive at Marabastad (Belle omre) due to the driver being allocated a skorokoro all the time. I need Putco to allocate the driver a new bus before 1 February 2020.

3. The bus is also not allocated ANOTHER 1/3 of the time , I have to walk a further 3 kilo meters in order to catch a bus on the Moloto Road from Mbuduma area post midnight. I need putco to allocate a standby bus and driver allocated at the same time slot.
