Bus number 9189

We have a problem with putco bus number 9189 that comes from city deep to mdeni,from last year the bus hasn't been coming in on time,this year 2021 it's back but still we as the people of southgate we don't get that bus since it's supposed to arrive at 17:15 but the driver chooses to arrive at 16:55 and some of us knock off at 5;after several attempts to try and report the driver nothing has changed so everyday we forced to use taxis and that time we've loaded monthly coupons
