bus drivers very ******

i got into a putco bus one morning and a few weeks ago was involved in an accident. he could of jst said politely that i must stand on the other side. i told him the bus is full and cant up and down by the stair of the bus coz i got hurt and my leg is painful. he then switched off the bus and had all sorts of remarks and some of the passengers also. Being very ****** and not helpful at all. passengers and the bus driver insulted me. i feel so ashamed and disgraced. the bus drivers name is Sipho. he must not work with people if he cant respect and talk properly. ****** is the biggest disappointment in this country. unfortunately for him i understood what was said in the language that he spoke. Putco needs to discipline thier drivers and need to treat people differently and fairly.i am very disappointed.
