Bus doesn't show up

My Domestic worker buys a monthly bus ticket of R880.00 per month from PUTCO.<br> The needs to travel from Mpumalanga to Pretoria and back every day of the week.<br> The bus in the morning is fine, but the bus that needs to pick them up in the afternoon just does nott show up. <br> She then needs to pay an additional R15.00 to get to Maraba Stad to get another bus there to travel back to Mpumalanga.<br> <br> These people do not earn large salaries and to pay additional transport after they have bought a month ticket from Putco is totally unacceptable!! <br> <br> I need PUTCO to take responsibility and come to the party, because as far as I am concerned, they are *****ing the money from the poor!! <br> <br> This is by far the worst service provider I have ever seen
