Bad service and unsafe act from Patco buss number plate JYZ603MP plate

This morning at 5:52 we was waiting for a to take my 60 year old mom and my 6 year old daughter to Hizeldine. As we acknowledge the bus coming to the buss stop we promptly signal the bus so it could stop. The bus driver looked at us and passed without stopping and so the people inside the buss shouted telling the buss driver that why isn't stopping for regular buss users and he then stopped at about 100 meters away in the middle of the road and reversed, putting other passengers and road users lives at risk. My mom and daughter had to run to the bus and they got in the bus. I asked the the bus driver why he didn't stop for us he said with a very bad attitude that I mustn't tell him what to do and not to do and at that moment my old mother was paying the bus fare for herself and my daughter using a 100 Rand note the bus driver rep**** " look at you, you are paying using a hundred Rand, where must I get the change, you people should get off the bus. I rep**** that this is really not exceptable and told my mother to take a seat and he stood there in the middle of the road, that's when I decided to go at the back and take a picture of the buss number plate. As you will see on the picture the buss was inside the road and also had reversed in the same line before coming to a stand still.

I am very upset at how this driver is behaving and had found out that he has been passing them since the beginning of this week at the buss stop. I really would like Packo management to interven and let me know what measure have been taken to correct such bad and risk acts. This wasn't only bad and harsh service but also dangerous for fellow passengers.
