Bad service and unreliable bus drivers

i am using putco buses to travel to work on a daily basis, the problem that is some of the buses don't pitch where people are waiting for the buses either they'll start somewhere or don't come at all. there two buses that start at woodmead, the first starts at 16:30(duty no. 9419) is going to protea glen and even the second one (duty no. 9215) both buses have'nt pitched since last thursday. i just now i dialed (010) 0033 889 to speak to one of the putco management; he said both drivers for the buses am conplaining about do pitch for duty but only and no conplain was made about them. so i would like putco to go back to they're old strategy of using the same driver who drove us in the morning to be the one to back later not this thing we seeing and buses not writing the destination.
