BAD SERVICE AND PUTCO SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS

on the 7.8.2015 i took a Putco bus from Sandton to soweto Vilakazi but i get off at Noordgesig at 18h10 in the evening, when we where about to arrive at my bus stop i stood up and asked the driver to drop me off he said to me I'm not stopping here i asked why and he said i just don't stop here i mean the is a Shell garage just after my bus stop and traffic lights he refused to stop and he drop me off at the some open area that has bushes and its not safe it was around 19h10 and its dark i mean its still winter, i am very angry with the service i am receiving from Putco they treat me as if i'm not a paying customer and they also put my life in danger what if i was ***** or ****** yesterday I'm a woman walking alone in a open bush area now i understand why people are finding alternative transport instead of supporting this nonsense of a service. i would never encourage anyone to use Putco buses they are a disgrace they should just close they business because they out to destroy people life. PUTCO CLOSE YOUR DOORS OR TEACH YOUR DRIVERS CUSTOMER SERVICE
