Bad service and extremely unreliable

<p>On the 09th of March 2017, we waited for the busses from sandton to naledi for more than 1 to 2 hours to no avail, everyday we experience problems relating to the busses arriving at the same time or even arriving at all. If you're unfami**** with the bus drivers you won't even know where the bus is going have to run like headless chickens all the time and then the driver doesn't want to answer you they just look at you. We are sometimes forced to use other means of transportation whilst we have already bought monthly putco bus ticked. </p>
