Bad service

I'm complaining about the person called Thavo he drives 8124.from bree to Eldorado 5:30 late. His services to us is very bad he will arrive early but he will wait fot his friends to go n buy beers for him then he'll load the bus. Like what is tht really is he there to drink alcohol or to drink alcohol?
