BAD SERVICE

I am a commuter of PUTCO from Dobsonville Soweto to Krammeville, Putco has a very bad service its either the bus breaks and we have to walk to get other buses or the bus does not come to pick us up from work. I have been experiencing this since last week but yesterday it was even worse, I got home at 21:20 I waited for a bus to Dobsonville from 17:00 till 18:30 no bus to Dobsonville came I ended up taking a bus to Merafe Soweto and I had to get off at New Canada and we had to wait another hour until we decided to walk to PUTCO depot in Pennyville, and we were told to wait for a bus that was going to go past there to Dobsonville it was 20:30 when the bus came and the same bus that took us from there had a tyre problem we had to go to Dobsonville depot to take another bus. Putco will be increasing prices soon they gave us notice about that but they do not care to inform us should a problem arise. I am so upset with the service we receiving we as passangers we complained countless times but there is no difference.
