Bad service

When travelling with putco bus a passenger has a right to paid cash if we didn't fill in a bus tag... Then past week I have been travelling with cash and the bus driver will tell me that I am annoying why dont I buy a bus tag and I should stop taking the bus I must use taxi as he is tired of me. its now too much its only the 4th day using cash when taking this bus but the drivers service is bad.Putco needs to be aware that they are loosing passengers because of drivers like this.
