BAD SERVICE

I strongly feel that PUTCO is a circus. when a driver goes on leave they do not bother to assign a temporary driver for that route and commuters are left stranded until the driver on leave returns. now we are being told that certain buses are going to be cut, when there are so many people filling in their tags on a weekly and monthly basis. when you call them, it's either they don't answer or they send you from pillar to post. i have been getting to work late because bus shift no. 9468 hasn't been showing up. don't get me wrong, i understand that the driver may be on leave or maybe sick but it is up to PUTCO as a company to make sure that there is someone who takes over the shift until the driver returns. they do not care about their customers. instead what they will be doing not so long from now is increasing the bus fares. i personally can't wait for REAVAYA to cover Sandton and other places it hasn't reached. PUTCO is a disgrace.
