Bad Service

I use Putco bus to go and come back from work, I buy weekly and gets loaded on my tag. A month ago or so on Friday i went to tag on my way home the driver told me my trips got finished and i couldn't understand as i paid R133 for a weekly. I diint have money i had to borrow from a friend to go back home. Again last friday from Mondeor when i was tagging i was told my trips are finished and still could not understand as tuesday morning i took a taxi to work so its frustrating that i did not have trips and i had again to ask money from a friend as the driver said i must go to Depo to sort it out. I am so tired of Putco buses and that they are so not reliable sometimes buses dont come on time the driver doesnt have a bus at the Depo, how is that my problem as i pay full. This other time i didnt have a original ticket only got as transfere ticket and i was then again told to pay for that and had to spend another money to get home while i have bought a tag. I want Putco to refund me my monies as their system are not uptodate and their buses are no so reliable i get to work late<br> <br> coz of them.
