BAD SERVICE

<p>I am so inconvenienced by a really bad service I always receive together with my collegues from PUTCO the so called PUBLIC UTILITY COMPANY which is supposed to be a national carrier for commuters. The drivers are rude and their buses are not designated and they always break down leaving us deparate on freeways. When you pass their depot, theres hundreds of parked broken buses yet we are short of buses. Im so shocked that one of their shift Supervisors stated that theres 160 buses that are broken down on a 300 shift schedule.</p> <p>I however wish there could be a better bus company to transport our communities to and back from work. Every time you have to wonder which bus goes where yet when you try to stop the bus, the driver will simply pass you . PUTCO is no longer a good service provider and you will hear commuters saying ....I wish PUTCO was white managed, all this nonsense wouldnt be happenning. Sometimes the scheduled bus doesnt come or show up for atleast two weeks yet we pay full prices.</p>
