Bad customer service

Yesterday the 20th during my lunch break went to the Engen service station in Constantia kloof Roodeport at 15:09:26 transaction ref *** pass ID 1095 was assisted by a Lady cashier who bluntly told me that the person that is on service is eating I must kindly wait, Wich I didn't have a problem with until her supervisor Infront of me rudely told her that next time she must be dishonest to Putco paying customers that the machine is offline. What hurts the most she didn't careless that I was standing there just because of my dress code and my time taken to come there and buy. I felt so disrespected by her and judged just because I use Putco as my transport. I ask myself how can she lead people if her customer service is out offline or I need to drive in or probably dress to kill. She is a thick black lady and had ponytail on. I avoided drama because of how I was raised, respect your elders and I am the best when it comes to customer service. My money pays her salary.
