BAD BAD SERVICES NEARLY INJURED PEOPLE

Bad Service from a bus driver shift number 9149,We were about to connect at Florida as our bus got stuck shift number 9051 at Northcliffe. We waited and awaited for Dobsonville buses with no luck after five there comes 9149 not even fully loaded ,the driver shouting his not taking standing ,ok why him as there are buses are taking standing ,with people standing at the door the driver closes the door people nearly got injured and the bags were hanging outside..1 is it right to treat people like this i felt like we were animals nd he placed our lives in danger ..2 I had to end up using my own money taking a a taxi, arriving late at home ,I knocked off 3 o clock i got home at 6h45 is all this far, this treatments we rea getting from the bus drivers are worse and getting worse by day ,we cant take it any more and I want my taxi fare money I spent and a written apology from the driver himself and these behaviors must change as they are getting worse by day, we spend our moneys to buy tags as we are expecting good service from the drivers ,
