Bad attitute towards clients

I have been using Putco buses over 2years, and from my experience with them every time when the month ends on a Monday or Tuesdays they allow commuters to purchase their bus tags the whole week except this month.<br> <br> i only got paid on Monday night, and hoping that i can purchase my monthly bus tag this morning i got off at pennyville today to try and purchase one, only to find that on Wednesdays and Thursdays they not working, that means i have to use R60.00 everyday cash until Friday and then still purchase a monthy bus tag for R700.<br> <br> now my complain is when i tried to raise that isuue with MATSHEDISO MOPHOSO at their offices, he gave me silly attitude telling me to go make a loan if i dont have that kind of money because theres nothing he can do to help me as a customer, he then commanded me to leave their offices. <br> <br> i demand an apology and my money back from Putco please, i've got all the slips
