Bad attitude and doesnt know to treat customers

Ticket officers by the name of Zinhle Mokoena and Lerato Mo***eng made me to pay for my trip after I misplaced my original ticket and I understand the protocol of always having your slip after tagging on the bus but the manner of how they talked to me was rude and I feel that as customer deserves to be treated fairly I was on the bus 9404 on the 29/03/2016 at 05:00
