accident

One of the bus drivers bumped my car while i was stationery because he took the corner too sharp. I contacted the bus company several times and dealt with a person named Siphiwe. When I call again to see how far the case is they give me another number to call or they say I will find out and phone back but that never happens. Please can u sort this matter out as this happened in May already and until now have received no satisfaction in my dealing with them.
