Accident

One of Putco bus drivers by the name of Eleck Mankgodi Letsau bumped my car on the 26 August 2016 in Pretoria town. We exchanged the details as expected when one is invloved in a motor vehicle accident and he even told me to go to their offices on a Monday to report the accident. He gave me the directions as I did not know Putco bus offices. On a Monday following the accident I went to Putco Offices in Hercules to report the accident and I was told to call the insurance brokers after 2 to 3 days as they are going to send everything to their insurance brokers. When I called their insurance brokers I could not get through as the number was incorrect, I then called the person who was assisting me at their offices he told me that the driver does not report to that office as a result he forwarded my case to another office so I must contact them. I contacted the other Putco Office and I was told that the driver did not report the accident as a result they are going to call him so that he can report the accident and explain everything and how the accident happened. After 2 hours or so I received a call stating that the bus driver is saying I am the one who bumped him. Basically the bus driver is changing the whole story and it is so unfortunate that there were no witnesses as I was alone in the car and he was also alone in the bus. His name is Eleck Mankgodi Letsau ID number ********** 935085. The bus registration number is BM 82 MM GP.
