abusive drivers

People staying at Moloto are being treated like trash, they force them to get off the bus over 2 kilometers away from home (where buses tranfer) and claim they don't reach where you are going where as infact they do reach there, they are hartless not even observing if a person has laggages/groceries. They also see no wrong in passing people waiting on bus stop signs. This has been reported manier times by me and Moloto community and no one in Putco management does anything.This has to be given attention to and they have to change.
