refuse to give me the money back or give me the lessons

they where suppose to give me lessons and take me to go my license when i paid the R4000 and now the refused to pay me back and give the lessons. they always have excuses for why the cannot give me the lesson i even said fine they can give me half of the Money so i can pay some else to give me lessons
