Purple Roo - ******

I had ordered the YNWA canvas set for my husband. I ordered it on 12th March. It cost alot of money and their service is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. They take your money and that's it... You get a couple of emails thanking you for ordering and blah blah blah, and then NOTHING. They do not track your parcel for you..basically you track it yourself, which is fine but then all it says....REPEATEDLY ...."in transit". I Would LOVE to know where "in transit" my parcel is, but they really do not give you any other feedback.

Please don't use these people. The company's name is Purple Roo. They advertise on Facebook, and offer Free Delivery.... what a joke. It would be AWESOME to get free shipping and delivery if YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE ORDER!!!
