Avoid the Purple Orchis Spa Sea Point

Extremely bad and very unprofessional. Booked my wife a 75 minute hot stone massage. She went in at exactly 2pm. At 3.08pm she arrived back in our room at the Hyde Hotel done with the massage. When I asked her why she was back so early she rep**** that they told her she was done. When I enquired about the missing 15 minutes, well let me say 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for a reply. Extremely disappointed and I would discourage anyone from going there. When my wife asked them if it hlshpuld not be longer they blatantly told ger that it has been 75 minutes and she can leave a tip on the table. The hotel is amazing,ing, but I would not want it to be associated with the so called spa.
