Purple Olive Guesthouse

I have booked a two night stay at this guesthouse. Due to misleading marketing from the guesthouse, I canceled the booking. The cancelation was accepted by the guesthouse owner and I was informed that my full payment for the two nights will be refunded to me. Now almost two years later and many mails and messages later. I have not received my refund.

The Purple Olive Guesthouse is and it's owner is not trustworthy. They do not read or reply to my requests anymore.
