Security deposit

I submitted a notice prio to moving out of the purplefrog property Edenhouse (as per agrement). I have been contacting them regarding my deposit pay back which I was promised to receive it within the first week of May. Since then I've been contacting (emails and phone calls) them with no luck or response at all. I feel purposely ignored. We have talked over the phone regarding that and so many empty promises were given till this day I have not received my money. Please help me.
