Pathetic, Pathetic and Pathetic....!!!

Very Unprofessional, Poor Dealing and customer support. On Friday 4th Feb 2021 front desk took advance for some order and promised to send me order confirmation and receipt of payment. But till now I made 10-11 calls and they are not bothered about their customer who drove from Sandton to Pretoria to place an order.
