Excellent service

I bought a ring for my wife with her birthstone more than a year ago.

The stone fell out and 1 took it back to the same company to be repaired, and I also wanted to buy another ring with a different stone. The lady at reception was verv helpful and understood exactlv what needed to be done. She went to the work area and I waited for her to give me an indication of when I could expect the ring to be fixed. To my surprise, she handed me the fixed ring along with the new one 1 had ordered.
