Bad and costly refund process that takes forever!!

Bad service, I sent back an order I was unhappy with due to bad design. I had to pay for the shipping to return the items and I am still waiting for my refund. I sent back the items on the 23rd of September and it's the 4th of October and still no refunds have been made. Reallt pathetic service. Purple Carrot will not receive any support from me again!
