Horrible food

Hi, I purchased the groupons for the purple burgers and collected this from the chatsworth branch. It was 8 burgers in total. I had purchased the groupon as I had eaten the burgers before and enjoyed them but for the groupon order what I received was completely the opposite of past experiences. The burgers were poorly made and everything was skimped on. The chicken was rock hard and tasteless and the beef was powdery and unapptising. It looked like dog food. Very disappointed after this experience and will not purchase from the franchise again. Do not offer these specials of you are going to short change customers as you will end up hurting your business more in the end. I certainly will not recommend anyone eating there again. You have lost my family and friends as customers that's for sure. The upside to the ********** experience was only the chips which as little as you get was the only appetizing part. Please use this feedback to do better as you will lose more customers of this continues.
