Not what I ordered

Around 28 October 2017 I went to the Purple Blue B-Tique, so that they can make me my dress I have to wear to wedding in January 2018. I showed a picture of what I want and that she must please add shoulder traps and the colour must be wine red. Suzie said yes I can make this dress for you for R600. On 15 November 2017 she let me know that I can come for my first fitting. When I arrived it was a totally different dress - Suzie said she cannot find what I want - so without consulting me or asking me she made a dress. Since she use my deposit money I knew I am not going to get my money back, so I decided to make the best of it and try to like the dress. Two fittings and a broken zip later I knew that I am not going to wear the dress because it was not the dress I wanted or gave permission for. On 8 January 2018 I asked my deposit back, explaining why. She refused and told me the dress is exactly the same as my dress. I sent her the photo of my chosen dress AGAIN and told her that is not true. She ignored me. So today I went to Purple Blue B-Tique again in order to get my R300 deposit back. Again I told her why and she said no, the dress she made for me she already lost money on ( I don't think that it is true, since she used my R300 deposit money), I told her again the dress does not look like what I wanted. She told me if she made the dress how I wanted it, it would have cost me R5000. I then asked why did she lie then by telling me she cannot find what I want and that she would be able to make the chosen dress. She ignored me again and told me to leave her shop, when I wanted to take a picture of the dress she made (for me - without asking or letting me know about the changes) she refused and told even if I stand on my head I will not get my money back or a photo. I told her I am taking it further. The dress she made has sequins on the top half of the body (front and back) with a ribbon around the waist and then with mesh for the skirt. The colour is perfect but still not what I wanted. I include the photo of the chosen dress, but not a photo of the dress she made since she refused that I take a picture.
