Spoiled baby food
Dear Purity Customer Care, I hope you are well. I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding several Purity baby food jars that I recently purchased around mid-May 2026. Upon opening the jars, I discovered that the contents appeared spoiled/rotten despite the expiry date reflecting 2028. I am extremely concerned as these products are intended for babies and young children. The food had an unusual appearance, discoloration, and signs suggesting that the contents may have gone bad before opening. I have attached photographs as evidence of the condition of the products. Product details: Brand: Purity Purchase period: Mid-May 2026 Expiry date: 2028 Issue: Contents appeared rotten/spoiled upon opening As a parent/caregiver, this is very alarming, and I would appreciate: An urgent investigation into this batch/product. Feedback on how this may have occurred. A refund or replacement for the affected products. Please advise on the next steps and whether you require the batch numbers or proof of purchase. I have retained the jars and lids for reference if needed. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter. Kind regards, Le-Chan
