Soup compared to solid food

I must say i am very disappointment in you 3rd food, that is from 8 months. After I warm it the next thing you know it turns to mush, and looks like soup, what is the use of introducing baby's to solids if you feeding them soup,

I find this unacceptable, the flavours that I can think of is macaroni and cheese and the lamb and vegetables. I have jars of purity just in my cupboard, it serves no purpose now when introducing my little one to textures and solid food.
