Short dated items

Good Day On the 24 October 2024 I placed an order with Purity online , it was not the firts time I ordered online, I received my Items however one Cereal and squeeze were short dated, due to expire in less than two weeks, I reached out to Purity via whatsapp and reported the matter, and sent the pictures, , I spoke to Joane. It was order number 166575. she told me she requested the items to be replaced and will communicate further, I have not heard anything since then and the cereal is still sitting in my cupboard.
