Second hamper not deliverd

I ordered two food hampers but only one was delivered, It is over two weeks now they still havent delivered my second hamper. I had to use my money buying more food for my baby because the hamper was finished and they havent delivered the second one. When you whatsapp them they take time to answer you. I have tried calling them to no answer.
