Purity tried to poison my baby

At the beginning of the month I bought my baby some purity baby food last week when I when I tried to feed some of the pouch food that I bought for my baby while opening it I smelled it smells a bit sour and it was watery. I bought a month supply of the purity baby food and I'm afraid to use the rest purity has let us down.
