Purity teething biscuits

I have a 10 year old and a new 8 month old and I recently purchased the purity teething biscuits for my baby. I'm sad to say that the purity biscuits are not what they used to be 10 years ago when my first born had them. My 8 month old was sucking on a biscuit and infront of my eyes a peice broke off in her mouth and she instantly started choking on a peice that had broken off and struggled for air. Luckily I reacted quick and started patting her back and hooked the peice out with my finger to which she cried for about 30mins thereafter from what I suppose was a sore throat. This all happened within a minute of giving her the biscuit. I will never purchase this or any of the purity range now due to this as it was a danger to my child and after speaking to friends with babies who have had the same happen to them and reading all the reviews on the different products I'm sure those clients wont either. I purely bought the biscuits knowing how well it worked for my 10 year old but clearly this product has become more about quantity rather than quality.
